By accessing or using the Website and Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Website or Services.

Accounts and Membership

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or negatively affect the platform.

Re-registration after account termination is not permitted.

Wallet Top-Up and Pay-Per-Use Charges

Genariox operates on a pay-as-you-go model.

Users must add funds to their wallet before accessing Services. Charges are deducted based on usage:

• AI Text Generation: €0.09 per 100 words
• AI Book Writer: €0.09 per 100 words
• AI Image Generation: €0.99 per image
• AI Code Generation: €0.18 per line of code

Funds added to your wallet:

• Have no monetary value outside the platform
• Are non-transferable and non-withdrawable
• Are non-refundable except where explicitly stated

Unused funds remain available until used.

Refunds and Cancellation

We strive to provide high-quality digital services. However, if issues arise, the following refund conditions apply:

Eligibility for Refund

• Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase
• Users must first allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue
• Requests must be sent to info@genariox.com, including order details and a clear explanation

After Refund Approval

• You must stop using the product immediately
• Any downloaded or generated content must be deleted
• Access rights are revoked upon refund

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
